Closing Argument

This is the second half of the powerful closing argument to the grand jury. In this scene our heroine, Rachel Silver, makes her plea to indict Vice President Dick Cheney for masterminding torture, which was used to get the false confessions that were used to justify attacking and occupying Iraq.

What Matters

In this scene, Alberto Gonzales expresses some qualms about the draft for the torture memo he is handed, and gets run over by David Addington, Cheney's chief staff attorney.

We submitted our radio spot for our full length feature film, The Last War Crime, to WMAL, a right wing news/talk radio station in Washington, DC, and they refused to run it for what we believe were political reasons. So we are filing a federal lawsuit. Read the draft of the complaint. WMAL is owned by Cumulus Media Inc., the second largest conglomerate of radio stations in the country.
